博士,教授,博士生导师,福建省科技创新领军人才。20034月毕业于东北林业大学获工学博士学位。先后四次在日本森林技术综合研修所、加拿大雷克海德大学、美国俄勒冈州立大学研修与访学。

主要从事生物质复合材料、林产品加工机械设计及理论、木材生产技术与装备等方面的研究。主持承担4项国家自然科学基金项目以及教育部、科技部、国家林业与草原局、福建省等10多项课题。近5年发表SCIEI收录论文30多篇,3篇获福建省自然科学优秀论文奖,2篇论文获梁希优秀论文二、三等奖。

担任中国复合材料学会理事,中国林学会木材工业分会、森林工程分会、木材科学分会常务理事,福建省企业技术创新促进会理事,美国化学学会、美国木材科学与技术学会会员。常年担任ACS Sustain Chem Eng, Compos Sci Technol, Compos Part A, Wood Sci Technol, Polym Compos, BioResources, J Applied Polym Sci, J Forest Res, J Natural Fiber, Results in Physics, Polym-Plastics Technol Eng, J Thermoplastic Compos Mater等十几份期刊审稿人。
